Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3-days after receiving your item to request a return by sending a email at

Please be sure to inspect your items within 3-days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.


To start a return, you can contact us at 

beauty-collection@naturalbeautycollection.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card only.

Damages and issues

All defects and issues must be notified via email within the 3-day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.

 Swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeaus, body suits, and hair accessories (including hats and beanies), all beauty, Shoes, Jewelry products and accessories are all final sale. There will be no exceptions on these items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card only.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, all items has to be unworn, same condition as when it arrived. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded Via gift card. Please give 10 days once item received to process return

Returns must be received to us within 20 calendar days of receiving your order, after 20 calendar days return will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 

FINAL SALE / NON RETURN ELIGIBLE

All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE purchases can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Any purchase using a 20% or more discount /promo code is FINAL SALE

Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
